Inorganic Nanomembranes Technology is developed in our group to thin and shape conventional solid films for functional devices and systems. Our unusual technique such as rolled-up nanotechnology and deterministic wrinkling can be employed to construct 3D architectures like tubular optical microcavity, micro/nanoscale motors or demonstrate flexible electronic devices/systems.
